It's kind of like Jazzpunk, but instead of a noire/coldwar aesthetic, it has an A E S T H E T I C aesthetic. It's good.. Not recommended if you're a twitchy player who likes lots of action and gameplay. Highly recommended if you like wandering around cool environments, light platforming, internet weirdness of both modern and 90s nostalgia flavors, eye strain and collecting every little thing on a level for a high score.
